Como parte del desarrollo soberanista del Estado Libre Asociado propongo que el Comisionado Residente en Washington deje de ser visto como un cuasi-congresista electo por el pueblo y se reconceptualize como un embajador puertorriqueño en Washington nombrado por el Gobernador con el consentimiento de la rama Legislativa, y que todas las agencias y oficinas de Puerto Rico en Washington queden bajo su dirección.
Como embajador de Puerto Rico en Washington la oficina del Comisionado Residente no estará en el Congreso sino en un edificio o complejo de oficinas aparte. Su labor no se limitará a la rama Legislativa sino que tendrá que ver con todos los asuntos del Gobierno de Puerto Rico en Estados Unidos, ante todas las ramas del gobierno. Aun más, estará a cargo de supervisar e implementar las oficinas de enlace entre el Gobierno de Puerto Rico y la diaspora puertorriqueña en los Estados Unidos.
En la papeleta estatal-nacional en Puerto Rico deben estar las candidaturas a Gobernador y Vice-Gobernador. El Vice-Gobernador tendrá funciones similares a las del Secretario de la Gobernación y el Secretario de Estado, combinadas. De el Gobernador dejar su puesto por muerte o alguna otra razón el Vice-Gobernador lo sucederá en el puesto hasta las próximas elecciones.

Puerto Ricans Right to Renounce US Citizenship
In 1917 and against the will of the Puerto Rican people (as clearly seen from both the Congressional Record and the Puerto Rican press of that time) US Citizenship was imposed upon the Puerto Rican people. Those who did not want it had to go thru an almost impossible to fulfill process and deal with the rejection that the colonial system would imposed upon them.
Presently, there is another group of Puerto Ricans, myself included, that wants to renounced US Citizenship but are not allowed to do so. This became crystal clear in the 90’s when Puerto Rican Patriot Juan Mari-Bras renounced US Citizenship. He traveled to Venezuela (in the prior to Chavez era) renounced US Citizenship at the US Embasy there, and then came back to Puerto Rico. Initially the US State Department accepted his renunciation but then reverse it. Since then the official policy of the US Government has been that in order to renounce US Citizenship a Puerto Rican must leave not only the United States but also Puerto Rico, our homeland, move to a third country, and adopt their citizenship.
As Puerto Rican patriots who want to live in our homeland and upheld our own Nationality, that US policy is unacceptable. The US Government should change that policy and establish a process for those Puerto Ricans who want to renounce US Citizenship to be able to do so while living in Puerto Rico. Obviously by doing so we will renounce certain rights inherent to US Citizenship, like running for public office in the US and voting in US elections. Others rights inherent to our status as human beings, our natural rights, we will retain. What we will renounce and what rights would be acknowledge to us as Puerto Rican Citizens should be clearly stated.
Specifically, we should be entitled to live in our homeland, Puerto Rico, vote in Puerto Rico elections, and even run for public office in Puerto Rico. We would be renouncing US, Federal, Citizenship, not our own,natural, Puerto Rican Citizenship, which, in essence, is similar to the State Citizenship enjoyed by US naturals prior to the creation, after the Secessionist, “Civil” War, of the Federally sponsored citizenship now in existence.
The imposition of US citizenship upon Puerto Ricans in 1917 must be seen as a gross violation of our natural National Rights as Puerto Ricans. No one while living in his motherland should be force to accept a Citizenship other than his own natural citizenship. Since early in the 19th Century we have had a National Identity of our own. Nationality is primarily a sociological term. Some nations are sovereign, others are not... yet. Eventually it is our hope and goal that all nations will be sovereign and free, just like every individual human being should be sovereign and free, the master of his or her own destiny.
A nation is a sociological, living entity, compose of a group of people with a collective consciousness and a common sense of origin, present reality, purpose and destiny. A nation as an entity might be free and sovereign or, because of the intricacies of geopolitical games, may be subordinated to another nation or political entity. But once a people acquire their own national sentient existence, they acquire with it the right and the obligation to become a Sovereign nation, called to play and fulfilled its own role in world affairs. Once the sociological entity of a Nation comes into being, with or without political sovereignty, its members acquire some natural national rights, which are different from the Natural Individual Rights that Individuals, as humans beings, are also entitled to.
In this context, when the US, in a military action, took over Puerto Rico in 1898, turned our homeland into a US Colony and then imposed, in 1917, US Citizenship upon us, the United States violated our National Rights as members of the Nation of Puerto Rico. Even worse, to deny us even now, a hundred years latter, the right to renounce US Citizenship while living in our own homeland of Puerto Rico is an even greater violation of our National and individual human rights.
To correct that wrong, the US Congress should approved legislation that will recognize our right as Puerto Ricans living in Puerto Rico to renounce US Citizenship, and embrace our own Puerto Rican citizenship in accordance with our own Puerto Rican national Identity. I was born in Puerto Rico as a US Citizen. I hope to die, no matter where, as a Puerto Rican Citizen.
Don't get me wrong. I love the United States. The United States is my second home, but my homeland is Puerto Rico. In Spanish it sounds better, "Estados Unidos es mi segunda patria, Puerto Rico es la primera".
I do love the Union, but my Nation is Puerto Rico and my nationality is Puerto Rican. To put one nation inside another nation is to endanger the peace, stability and the very existence of both nations. If Puerto Rico were ever to become a federal State, the Puerto Rico nationalistic, pro-independence movement will turn into a Secessionist Movement and Puerto Rico's motto would become: Puerto Rico, the Secessionist State. And believe you me, we will not stop till the new Federal State of Puerto Rico becomes a Sovereign and Independent Nation. And if the Union get sick and dies in the process, such is life, we will be deeply sorry for that.
Trying to assimilate Puerto Rico is akin to swallowing a big, pointed, razor sharp diamond. Once inside, It may take a while for us to come out, but eventually, we will, and the rain will wash any bull and blood away from us. But whoever tries to swallow us will be shitting blood a long, long time to come; and if an infection kills him, don't blame us for it.
But to make the record clear, I am not talking about violent resistance from the belly of the beast, guerrilla warfare or terrorism. Although, a pacifist myself, I cannot deny others the natural, national right to struggle for national sovereignty by any and all means necessary: I can only ask them to do it in a conscious, moral and responsible way. But in my own personal case, I do not practice or promote violent actions against anyone, including the United States, its Government, Institutions or people. Neither against any other nation or people.
So when I say that the, hopefully never to be, State of Puerto Rico will eventually become a Sovereign and Independent Nation, I am not relying on a violent struggle, but on the resilience of our national Identity whose roots go deep and far; thru Spain to the Holy Land; for, spiritually speaking, we, Puerto Ricans, act as inheritors of the prophetic identity and mission of the Israel of old.
We have incarnated that spirit, and act as that other people, that other nation, that would arise in the latter days, to bring the direct descendants of Israel to shame: For we, as a natural inclination of the heart, are committed to do what they, as a natural reaction to the blessing Ye-ho-vah God had given them, were supposed to do: Passing on to mankind the divine vision of a universal brotherhood of natural nations living in harmony with God and cosmos. That agenda we will push forward, no political bull, or religious blinders allowed here. Gustele a quien no le guste.
Because of these deep seated roots, present prophetic role, and its future implications, neither the US, nor any other World Power that were to come (European Union, China, Latin American Union or Aliens from inner or outer space, if you will) will be able to assimilate, diffuse or silence us.
We will continue to preach and stand tall for a unique and different world-view, based upon natural nations living in natural freedom and harmony with God and Cosmos, and will infest you with it: each and every region of your country; each and every state and territory of your Union; each and every Citizen of your Empire; till either, your Union is transform according to these principles, or it burst apart, giving us the National Freedom we need to keep doing what we are meant to do.
Once again, don't get me wrong, the Puerto Rican Nation, as a Sovereign and Independent Nation State, will undoubtedly be a close friend of the US; as close as our collective nature and your national policies allow us to be. Your Union and our nation would play two different but complementary roles in the world. But in order to fulfill those roles effectively we both need to be Sovereign and free. Understand that, please, and let us move forward for the common good.
The US is our second home: Nuestra segunda Patria. But the priorities must be set straight, Puerto Rico is the FIRST. As a subordinated colony, unincorporated territory, incorporated territory, or Federal State, Puerto Rico will continue to be a Nation within your Nation. One that will never die or fade away, till it fulfills its intended purpose.
Presently, and depending on how our Puerto Rican Nationality is defined and how strong is the commitment each individual feels toward our collective identity, there are two to four millions Puerto Ricans in the US mainland. The US and Puerto Rico are interwoven, interconnected, and will remain to be so for a long time to come, no matter how just or unjust the political and economic interconnection between us might be. To imposed unilateral Independence upon Puerto Rico under degrading conditions will certainly hurt Puerto Rico directly, but in return, it will hurt the United States as well.
So the solution to the present situation is not a sudden unilateral declaration of Independence for Puerto Rico by the US Congress. The sensible thing to do is to created the legal framework and National Policy that will allow and incentivize Puerto Rico to grow toward Sovereignty, and Independence.
Instead of sending us more and more, morally degrading, welfare funds, grant us increasing National Sovereignty; one step at a time and in harmony with the US national interest, if you will. Colonialism is a contagious and degrading emotional, spiritual and mental disease. After 500 years, we, Puerto Ricans, are sick and tired of it. But it will take some time, measured in years, to overcome it completely. In the 1890s we were well on our way to eradicate colonialism from our land. One step at a time the Spanish kingdom had come to accept our national existence and unique collective character. In the last phase of their Imperial era, we were gaining more and more autonomy and national recognition; the legal process was well in its was for us to grow in autonomy toward eventual Independence. The night of colonialism was coming to an end... but...
But then you came, uninvited, and, as part of your Imperialistic expansion of the 1890s, reduce us, once again, to the degrading status of a mere military possesion, as if we, one million people then, over six millions now, were not humans, just land and things. Once again our struggle against imperialism started. Against a new Metropolis, that spoke another language and had another worldview. Over a hundred years latter and despite a zillion broken promises, you have kept us, as if we were things, under the plenary powers of Congress, under the humiliation of the territorial clause of your federal constitution. Your imperial expansion of the 19th Century and your imperial policies toward us, ever since, has contributed deeply to the encroachment of that horrible colonial complex in our hearts and minds. We shall overcome it. With or without your help, but, you as the Imperial power that frustrated our previous efforts and prolonged our colonial dilemma, you should work with us to do it. In good faith, lets us become partners to eradicate both, imperialism and colonialism from among us.
Once again, to impose full, sudden, independence upon a people with a colonized mentality will do more harm than good, and if Puerto Rico gets hurt, you, the US, will feel the pain as well. So the process of decolonizing Puerto Rico should be a careful process. One step at a time. It will take its time, but there are some things we should start right now:
1. The US should progressively reduce US welfare funds transferred to Puerto Rico while increasing Puerto Rico's national sovereignty (one step at a time and in harmony with US National Interest, if you will) so that we can design and implement our own solutions to our own problems. We need sovereignty over increasing areas of our national live to do so. Believe you me, and I know that is hard for your World-Power/Imperial mentality to accept, but our own solutions will be better for us than anything you may send us, pre-design and tested by your experts in Washington.
2. Reduce the presence in the Island of the FBI, the Federal Courts and other Federal Agencies; for they are presently infested by the local, fascist, colonial clique, we call them Guaynabitos; people with a deep colonized mentality that deny what they obviously are, Puerto Ricans; who, while wanting to look and act like Conservative White Anglo-Saxon American Protestant Patriots, in reality sound and look like a funny, cheap and degrading representation of what a slave thinks his master should look like. Reduce your presence here. Stop feeding the Gaynabitos irrational clique, and we, the Puerto Rican people, will find our own way, guided by our own higher goals and transcendental values. We respect yours, but we have our own and want to build upon them our own future.
3. Call, if you will, for a "Statehood Yes or No" plebiscite in Puerto Rico, but with one important safeguard: It should not be the local, colonized, pro-statehood Guaynabitos, the ones who should tell Puerto Ricans what statehood is. With or without a status plebiscite, It should be you, US people, Congressmen, ideologist, political activists, et al, the ones who should come down to Puerto Rico to interact with our people, presenting your vision and your understanding of what Federal Statehood is and how Puerto Rico will have to change to be accepted as a Federal State. Be honest with us and we will be honest with you, hard honesty is much better than politically correct lies.
You should inform yourselves about us. Is about time. You should learn about our history, culture and National Identity and them come down here, to Puerto Rico, to interact with us. Not as politicians seeking votes or funds for their campaigns, we have had plenty of those, but as Americans concerned with the Union's present and future health. Come down here as you truly are so that we may know you and you may know us as we both truly are. Let that encounter and interaction take place, we both will learn and grow a lot from it.

El Patriota Puertorriqueño: Don Juan Mari Bras ha partido...
En la madrugada de hoy, Septiembre 10, 2010, el patriota puertorriqueño, don Juan Mari Bras, ha partido para reportarse ante el revolucionario mayor. Durante su estadía con nosotros cumplió cabalmente con su responsabilidad patriótica. Hoy aunque nos duele su partida, nos enorgullece que hayamos gozado de su sabiduría y su inquebrantable labor. Al igual que hicimos con Lolita Lebrón, una vez mas nos comprometemos a continuar la labor patriótica y una vez mas prometemos que no descansaremos hasta que la patria sea libre y soberana.

Necesidad, Utilidad y Limitación del Partido Soberanista Puertorriqueño
Puerto Rico necesita un Partido Soberanista Puertorriqueño distinto y diferente al Partido Popular. La soberanía como alternativa de desarrollo político, económico, ético y social debe ser presentada al pueblo y promovida en forma clara y directa. Para eso se necesita el Partido Soberanista.
Esto no significa que el PPD deba desaparecer. Por el contrario. Una vez separados del PPD, el Partido Soberanista debe concentrarse en hacer lo que mejor debe hacer: promover y educar sobre la soberanía a corto, mediano y largo plazo. La batalla electoral, cuando menos en el 2012, se le debe dejar al PPD.
Organizado en este momento, el Partido Soberanista solo deberá presentar un pequeño y selecto grupo de candidatos a la legislatura, con el propósito de que salgan electos y a través de su labor ejemplar sirvan de carta de presentación soberanista ante el pueblo. El Partido Soberanista no deberá presentar candidatos a las alcaldías a menos que, en algún caso particular pueda contar con un candidato de tal categoría y apoyo en su pueblo que su elección sea certera.
A nivel de la Gobernación el Partido Soberanista no debe presentar candidato alguno. Por el contrario debe apoyar al candidato del Partido Popular, aportando asi a la meta colectiva de sacar al PNP de la Fortaleza. La historia demuestra que, con la honrosa excepción de Don Luis A Ferre, los candidatos del PNP a la Gobernación, de llegar a la misma, se convierten en una desgracia para el país.
Carlos Romero Barcelo fue el arquitecto intelectual del medio ambiente de confrontación y fanatismo que condujo a los asesinatos del Cerro Maravilla; más tarde hizo todo lo que estuvo en sus manos para evitar que dichos eventos fuesen investigados debidamente. Desde entonces, sus expresiones y acciones egocéntricas y destempladas, dentro y fuera de su partido, lo han caracterizado y convertido en una vergüenza nacional.
Pedro Rosello, entregó la sección 936 sin buscar nada a cambio, simple y llanamente porque la misma era un obstáculo para la estadidad. Esto destruyó nuestro medio ambiente industrial, comenzando con la manufactura de artefactos eléctricos y electrónicos, para más tarde extenderse al área de las farmacéuticas. Todavía estamos sufriendo las consecuencias de esa nefasta acción.
Ciertamente, dicho incentivo federal, la sección 936, tarde o temprano hubiese terminado, pero si en aquel momento se hubiese mantenido una fuerte oposición a su eliminación, el gobierno federal nos hubiese concedido algún beneficio alternativo o, mejor aun, mayor autonomía administrativa y/o poderes soberanos adicionales, para compensar por lo que nos estaban quitando. Pero como fue el mismo Gobierno de Puerto Rico, liderado por Pedro Rosello, el que pidió su eliminación, se la llevaron sin darnos nada a cambio.
Luis Fortuño, hasta ahora ha botado 30,000 empleados públicos, implantando una filosofía administrativa republicana de linea dura que fue la causante de la Recesión en Estados Unidos, y le ha dado un uso equivocado a los fondos de ayudo especial ante la Recesión enviados por la Administración Obama.
Estos fondos, debió haberlos usado para crear empleos en forma directa: Fincas agrícolas; Compañías de exportación; Construcción de lugares de atractivo turístico, como los Acuarios de San Juan y Ponce, y otros proyectos que generasen empleos y riqueza nacional. Mas adelante, cuando la economía mejorase se pudiera pensar en privatizarlos. Pero por ahora ese dinero se debió haber usado para crear empleos. No para repartirselo entre bonistas y aprovechaos del PNP.
En fin, estas tres personas; Romero, Rosello y Fortuño han demostrado que el PNP no debe ocupar la fortaleza: NUNCA MAS. Por tanto, es el deber patriótico de todo buen puertorriqueño evitar que eso ocurra. La única forma de evitar que eso ocurra es logrando que el candidato a la gobernación del PPD, sea quien sea, gane las próximas elecciones.
En la practica si el Partido Soberanista presentase un candidato a la Gobernación pondría a los soberanistas, no menos de 100,000 votantes, en el dilema de votar por el candidato a la Gobernación del PPD, pa' derrotar al PNP, o de votar por el candidato del Partido Soberanista para adelantar la causa soberanista. De una u otra forma saldríamos perdiendo. Si los soberanistas escogieran votar por el candidato del PPD, el resultado seria una derrota para el soberanismo. Si escogieran votar por el candidato soberanista, el resultado seria una derrota para el PPD y la continuación en el poder del Gobernador estadoista.
Obviamente que no todos los soberanistas votarían de la misma forma. Es de esperarse que sus votos se dividirían entre el Partido Soberanista y el Partido Popular. Desgraciadamente esta división a nivel de la candidatura a la Gobernación serviría para garantizar la victoria del candidato del PNP.
La única forma de evitar esta desgracia es que el Partido Soberanista no presente candidato alguno a la Gobernación o Comisaria Residente; es decir la llamada papeleta estatal, y haga un compromiso público de apoyar los candidatos del Partido Popular a dichos puestos, aclarando que no estamos de acuerdo con todas sus posiciones pero que al votar por ellos estamos combatiendo un mal mucho peor; a saber, al PNP.
A nivel municipal y como regla general no debemos presentar candidatos; sino mas bien, apoyar aquellos candidatos que se hayan distinguido o se proyecten como buenos alcaldes. De esta forma no tendríamos que presentar un candidato en cada municipio, sino que solo apoyaríamos ese grupo selecto que, independientemente de su afiliación política, merezcan ese apoyo a nivel municipal.
Finalmente, nuestro esfuerzo electoral directo debe concentrarse en la rama legislativa, apoyando un grupo selecto de candidatos a la legislatura. Personas con claras convicciones soberanistas, con una reputación intachable y que estén dispuestos a, y hagan un compromiso de, renunciar a los beneficios exagerados de que gozan los legisladores actuales. Idealmente este grupo selecto de candidatos deberán ser miembros del Partido Soberanista, comprometidos con el ideal y los postulados de este partido; pero en casos especiales, pudieran ser candidatos del PPD o del PIP que por su trascendencia pública merezcan nuestro apoyo.
La estrategia no es postular candidatos pro-forma, para cumplir con un requisito, sino postular candidatos con una expectativa real de que saldran electos. Es vital que este grupo de candidatos salga electo para que con su labor legislativa den a conocer el Partido y el Ideal Soberanista ante el pueblo. Ellos serán nuestra carta de presentación.
No es realista pensar que un partido fundado en el 2010 pueda ganar las elecciones del 2012. Soñar con eso es irreal. Enfocarnos en ese objetivo lo único que traerá sera una victoria segura del PNP. Al enfocarnos, por el contrario, en un grupo selecto de candidatos a la rama legislativa, podremos presentar nuestras credenciales soberanistas ante el pueblo. Un grupo selecto de legisladores realizando una labor excelente, será nuestra carta de presentación, mediante la cual nos ganaremos el apoyo y la confianza del pueblo. Habiendo alcanzado esta meta estaremos en mejor posición para fijar nuestra estrategia política para el 2016.
Si el Partido Popular gana las elecciones del 2012, nosotros, los soberanistas, estaremos en una mejor posición y tendremos una voz más poderosa e influyente para defender y promover la culminación o desarrollo soberanista del estatus político de Puerto Rico.
Si ganase el PNP, el Partido Popular no nos podrá acusar de haber causado su derrota, puesto que nos separamos de ese partido, dejamos que ellos corriesen su campaña a su gusto, no le hicimos campaña en contra y, a nivel de la Gobernación le dimos nuestro voto. Si el Partido Popular se desvaneciere luego de una segunda derrota electoral, nuestro partido estará en mejor posición de emerger como una opción real para el futuro. Pero para que eso sea así, debemos actuar de buena fe, con honestidad y con verticalidad, en el presente.
En este momento, para las elecciones del 2012, no debemos hacer una alianza tácita con el PNP y el PIP para destruir al PPD, como han hecho el PNP y el PIP en el pasado. Por el contrario debemos hacer una alianza clara y abierta con el PPD, la sociedad civil, y todo aquel puertorriqueño que esté en contra de la presente Administración. Para esto necesitamos nuestra identidad partidista propia, dejar de actuar como un grupúsculo dentro del PPD, y comenzar a actuar como un movimiento político maduro, adulto, con su propia identidad, que está dispuesto a negociar en lo secundario, pero manteniéndose firma en lo fundamental.
La solución final al dilema del estatus político de Puerto Rico y nuestra relación política con la Unión Estadounidense tiene que fundamentarse en el reconocimiento público y oficial, por parte de la Unión Estadounidense y la Comunidad Internacional de Nuestra Identidad y Soberania Nacional Puertorriqueña. Somos una nación, queremos ser una nación soberana. Queremos mantener una relación de amistad y colaboración con la Unión Estadounidense, pero esa relación tiene que fundamentarse en el reconocimiento oficial de Nuestra Soberania Nacional. Si no es así, pues entonces debemos separarnos de la Unión; que más adelante vive gente, y la comunidad internacional estará más que dispuesta a recibirnos y aceptarnos como un pueblo independiente, libre y soberano.
Exhorto, pues, a los soberanistas a que formemos nuestro propio partido, el Partido Soberanista Puertorriqueño, pero que este partido no postule candidato alguno a la gobernación en las próximas elecciones, sino que haga una campaña institucional en contra del candidato del PNP, sea quien sea, bajo el entendimiento histórico de que el PNP Nunca Más debe llegar a la fortaleza.
Tuvieron su oportunidad y la calaron en grande, en tres distintas ocasiones. Nunca más deben llegar allí. Su fanatismo ideológico y falta de orgullo patrio los inhabilita para ocupar el cargo. Cada vez que llegan lo que hacen es tratar de destruir al país para que de sus ruinas, y ante la destrucción de nuestra esencia nacional, nos veamos obligados a mendigar la Estadidad. La Estadidad, si fuese a llegar, no se puede pedir de rodillas, ni muerto de hambre. Hay que construir la nación, el estado, la economía puertorriqueña, primero, para entonces poder enfrentar un cambio en la realidad política, sea este hacia la estadidad, como aspiran ellos, o hacia un desarrollo y crecimiento soberano, como aspiramos nosotros.
Fundemos pues, el Partido Soberanista, escojamos y postulemos a nuestros mejores candidatos a la legislatura nacional, trabajemos duro para llevar el mensaje educativo, soberanista al pueblo...

Lolita Lebron, Puerto Rican national Heroine, Has Gone to be with the Lord!
In English:
God himself, who knew her better that what we would ever do, received her in his open arms, and is celebrating her arrival. The one who died on a cross to make possible the salvation of the human race loves and honor those who are willing to sacrifice their lives for a higher purpose.
She lived to promote the sovereignty of her motherland. In her younger years she was an example of courage that knows no limit s. In her latter years she was a peaceful voice promoting unity and reconciliation among all Puerto Ricans. If those males who establishes the moral foundations of a country are called the Founding Fathers, then Lolita should be the Epitome of the Founding Mother of Puerto Rico.
Thank you, Lolita, for all you did to keep the flame of our Nationality alive and shining. Rest for now and enjoy your stay in Heaven. We will continue your work, and one day, there where you now live, you will have one more reason to be happy. One day our motherland here on earth, our beloved Puerto Rico will be Sovereign. We promise.

Dios mismo, que la conoce mejor que lo que nosotros jamas podremos hacerlo, la recibió con los brazos abiertos y esta celebrando su llegada. Aquel que murió en la cruz para hacer posible la salvación de la especie humana ama y honra aquellos que están dispuestos a ofrendar sus vidas por un propósito mas elevado que ellos mismos.
Ella vivió para promover la Soberanía de su patria. En sus años mas jóvenes fue un ejemplo de esa valentía que no conoce limites. En sus años posteriores fue una voz pacifica que promovió la unidad y la reconciliación entre todos los puertorriqueños. Si a los varones que establecen las bases morales de un Pueblo se les llama "Padres de la Patria" entonces Lolita debe ser considerada como el epítome de que es ser la Madre de la Patria puertorriqueña.
Gracias Lolita por todo lo que hiciste para mantener la llama de nuestra nacionalidad viva y radiante. Ahora descansa y disfruta de tu estadía en el cielo. Continuaremos tu trabajo y un día, allí donde ahora estas, tendrás una razón más para estar feliz. Un día nuestra madre patria aquí en la tierra, Nuestro Puerto Rico, sera Soberano. Lo prometemos.

If those males who establishes the moral foundations of a country are called the Founding Fathers, then Lolita should be the Epitome of the Founding Mother of Puerto Rico.

Dios mismo, que la conoce mejor que lo que nosotros jamas podremos hacerlo, la recibió con los brazos abiertos y esta celebrando su llegada. Aquel que murió en la cruz para hacer posible la salvación de la especie humana ama y honra aquellos que están dispuestos a ofrendar sus vidas por un propósito mas elevado que ellos mismos.
Ella vivió para promover la Soberanía de su patria. En sus años mas jóvenes fue un ejemplo de esa valentía que no conoce limites. En sus años posteriores fue una voz pacifica que promovió la unidad y la reconciliación entre todos los puertorriqueños. Si a los varones que establecen las bases morales de un Pueblo se les llama "Padres de la Patria" entonces Lolita debe ser considerada como el epítome de que es ser la Madre de la Patria puertorriqueña.
Gracias Lolita por todo lo que hiciste para mantener la llama de nuestra nacionalidad viva y radiante. Ahora descansa y disfruta de tu estadía en el cielo. Continuaremos tu trabajo y un día, allí donde ahora estas, tendrás una razón más para estar feliz. Un día nuestra madre patria aquí en la tierra, Nuestro Puerto Rico, sera Soberano. Lo prometemos.

Las Banderas de la Isla del Cordero
La Bandera que usaron nuestros antepasados en el Grito de Lares parecía una copia de la Bandera Dominicana. La bandera mono-estrellada que confeccionaron nuestros hermanos en Nueva York a fines del siglo 19 era una copia de la bandera cubana, con los colores invertidos. Fue esa misma bandera la que unos 50 años después se convirtió en la bandera oficial del ELA, pero adoptando los colores de la bandera estadounidense.
Actualmente el Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño que debiera ser el máximo custodio y promotor de nuestra esencia nacional, usa una bandera que mas bien parece una versión ambientalista de la bandera dominicana.
Es tiempo ya de que dejemos atrás esas inseguridades del pasado, y adoptemos una nueva bandera que surga de nuestras raíces históricas; que manifieste en si misma nuestros mas profundos y trascendentales sentimientos; y que nos de un sentido de proposito, de esperanza y de certeza en la victoria.
Regresando a nuestro origen histórico podemos ver que nuestro primer símbolo colectivo fue el escudo de armas que nos fuese otorgado por el Rey Fernando de Castilla allá para el 1511: hace casi 500 años.

Como se puede ver, el elemento central de este escudo es un cordero sentado sobre un libro que esta sellado con siete sellos. Este Cordero no es otro que Yeshua, (Jesús de Nazaret) tal y como aparece descrito en el capitulo 5 del libro de Revelación.
En base a este escudo es que también se ha diseñado nuestro sello nacional donde...
...nuevamente puede verse la figura central del cordero sentado sobre el mismo libro, teniendo el mismo significado que tenia en el Escudo.
Por tanto y siguiendo la misma linea simbólica propongo que adoptemos como nueva bandera nacional al mismo cordero sentado sobre el mismo libro, centralizado en un fondo azul celeste.

Este Cordero representa a Yeshua, Jesús de Nazaret, habiendo recibido de parte del Padre y teniendo bajo su autoridad el Libro de los Siete Sellos, tal y como se describe en el capitulo cinco del libro de Revelación.
Juan, el apóstol amado, siendo ya un anciano fue enviado a la Isla de Patmos y allí tuvo una serie de visiones que mas tarde compiló en lo que hoy se conoce como el libro de Revelación. En una de ellas vio una puerta abierta en el cielo y oyó una voz que le dijo: Sube acá.
Al subir se encontró en medio de una importante ceremonia Celestial.
El Padre eterno tenia en su mano un libro sellado con siete sellos. La importancia de este libro era enorme, de tal forma que nadie ni en el cielo, ni en la tierra, ni debajo de la tierra fue hallado digno de abrir el libro, ni de tocarlo, nisiquiera de mirarlo.
Juan lloró amargamente, pero entonces un ser celestial le dijo: No llores porque el León de la tribu de Juda, la raíz de David ha vencido y es digno de tomar el libro y de desatar sus siete sellos. Juan levanto, entonces, su vista para ver aquel León triunfante... y lo que vio fue un Cordero luciendo como que había sido inmolado...
Es ese Cordero como inmolado el que fue hallado digno de tomar el Libro y de desatar sus Siete Sellos... Por tanto, lejos de representar debilidad, flaqueza y pasividad el Cordero de nuestro Escudo, nuestro Sello y Nuestra (nueva) bandera nacional, es el León de la tribu de Juda que ha vencido.
Y es este simbolismo el que le da sentido histórico, y certeza futura a nuestra identidad nacional. Nos identificamos libre y voluntariamente, no con un ser débil e inseguro sino con aquel que ha vencido y esta sentado sobre el Libro de los Siete Sellos, ondeando triunfante en el cielo. Amen!
